Each month, I run a live monthly breathwork session. This is something that I have been doing for almost 3 years to help people regulate their nervous system.
If you want to know a little more about breathwork in general, check out this post I wrote about breathwork HERE.
It’s that time of year when the temperature shifts, barometric pressure drops, we start moving indoor, daylight gets shorter, and for some their body shifts with it. If you aren’t familiar with the term, October Slide, it’s a term coined by the chronic illness community describing the shift in symptoms people with chronic illness may experience resulting in a “slide back” in their baseline or capacity. It doesn’t happen to everyone, and it can be extremely challenging when it does. This week, we’re going to explore how RESET breathwork can support the nervous system during the Fall Transition and help bring you back into alignment.
I invite you to join me:
Wednesday Oct 16th
5:15pm EST

The link to join will be located at the bottom of the post. Just click to join!
There’s no experience needed to participate in breathwork.
All you need is:
A quiet space to lie down free from distraction
Headphones, pillow, and blanket
Something to write with/journal
Water
That’s it!
P.S. Guided breathwork is for paid subscribers. No experience is necessary. You can come once to try it, and if it’s not for you, you can return to a free subscription at anytime. Paid subscribers also have access to monthly research round-ups.
